Through our onboarding experience, most patients are able to receive both their evaluation and an initial treatment in a single visit.

This patient-centered approach means you can begin your healing journey immediately, without waiting days or weeks between consultation and care.

What to Expect During Your First Visit

Your initial appointment will last approximately 30 to 40 minutes. When you arrive, Dr. Abe will collect your ID and insurance card (if applicable) and provide you with simple intake forms to complete.

Following paperwork, you’ll move to a treatment room for a focused consultation about your specific concerns and Dr. Abe will go over your health history. He takes the time necessary to understand what you’ve been through, and also what your goals may be for the future. He will then perform a thorough examination of the problem areas and determine whether X-rays are needed.

Unlike other practices, we typically provide your first treatment during this same appointment.

Preparing for Your Appointment

No special preparation is required for your first visit to Safe Preferred Chiropractic. Simply arrive a few minutes early to complete your paperwork, or call ahead to have forms sent to you. Wear comfortable clothing that allows for easy movement during examination and treatment, and bring your ID and insurance card, if applicable, with you.

If you have recent X-rays or imaging studies related to your condition, bringing these along may be helpful but is not required. Dr. Abe will perform any necessary imaging in our office.

All of this is available for just $50 for patients without insurance coverage. For those with insurance, we accept most major plans, including Medicare and Blue Cross Blue Shield, and will verify your coverage during your visit.
